7.2% ABV / 92 IBUs This beer is named after the father or our owner and is a tribute to a style we call Minnesota IPA. Cascade, Mt. Hood, and an enormous amount of Columbus hops late in the brew and the fermenter give this beer the hop punch IPA lovers crave. There is also a significant malt backbone and complexity to this beer to stand up to the hop intensity.

5.5% ABV / 45 IBUs This is a light-bodied, hop-forward pale ale. Copious amounts of Cascade hops late in the brewing process, and another huge dry hop addition in the fermenter will remind craft beer lovers what they love about this style. The intense hop aroma will make you think IPA, but the bitterness is dialed back to showcase the characteristics of this classic hop variety. And at 5.5% ABV, you can enjoy a few of them.

5.3% ABV / 24 IBU The crown jewel of our lager program and our year-round “light” beer offering. We set out to brew the most authentic version of this style that we could. Water profile has been corrected to be identical to that is Pilsen, Czech Republic. Pravy is Czech for “true” or “genuine”. This is a true to the original style Pilsner, lagered for 6 weeks. Lagering (storing at cold temperatures for weeks or months) allows impurities like tannins, polyphenols, and proteins to coagulate and fall out of the beer over time. This makes the beer clear and “clean” tasting.

6.2% ABV / 28 IBUs Heavier on the caramel malt and lighter on the roast malt. 5% of the base malt is smoked in-house for a smoky complexity. This beer will pair well with most of our menu items. And weighing in at 6.2% ABV it can also be your winter warmer.

10.3% ABV / 22 IBUs Aroma is a mix of caramel malt, phenolic spiciness. and fruity esters. Mouthfeel is full-bodied. Flavor is a mix of stone fruit, cherries, toffee, caramelized sugar, a touch of espresso, spice, and a hint of alcohol. A sipper for sure.

6.1% ABV / 16 IBUs Light on the hops and has a very light malt bill that lets the yeast be the star of the show. Esters give notes of green apple and pear. A little wheat is added to compliment the fruity esters. Saisons are also about the phenols (herbal/spicy flavors) from the Belgian yeast. Ours brings out the clove, black pepper and and Allspice notes.

9.8% - 10.0% ABV / 22 IBUs An Imperial Honey Saison, bring that sweet honey flavor and mild spicy notes of black pepper, light clove and biscuit. We pulled 2 years from the cellars to put on tap for you to enjoy!

7.5% ABV / 20 IBUs If you're from Minnesota, you understand our fondness for wild rice. We use 75 lbs of it for this beer. The result is an Amber Bock with sweet, toasty characteristics and a deep amber color. The wild rice lends a vanilla nuttiness to the rich base beer. This was the very first seasonal beer we brewed when we opened 14 years ago and we have never stopped improving it each year.

7.1% ABV / 28 IBUs This beer was brewed by our owner in celebration of his wedding back in 2015. Using just a singular malt, Golden Promise (get it?) that showcases it's rich, sweet, bready, malt character. In his words 'this beer was made for my wedding to get people dancing and having fun.' It's a light, low hop beer made for socializing.

6.7% ABV / 22 IBUs This is an Americanized version of the classic style. More accurately, this is our interpretation of what some of the original Oktoberfest beers were like. Americans have come to expect a higher ABV common in the original Marzen style. We were happy to oblige. The adherence to German malts give this beer a rich-malt, bready, caramel sweetness, and a slight toastiness that is appropriate for the style.
