We take the Doppel Bock and fill 2 kegs. Those kegs go outside when it is below zero overnight. The next day we take what didn’t freeze and put it in a new keg. Two kegs go outside one and one super keg is made from them. The result is a very thick full body beer that is big in alcohol. It is a extreme caramel
malt bomb that is on the sweeter side.
We offer 7oz pours and there are no Growler options for this beer. We have a total of 15 gallons of Eisbock.
